To start with, please check your internet connection. At times, due to slow internet connection it takes longer than usual to sync up data from your phone with Alore app.
Additionally, what you can do is sync up manually.

Step 1

Home screen - All Calls from phone syncs up here.


Step 2

Go to "Account" tab


Step 3

Press "Refresh" here. This will sync up data from your phone with app.
