For each target, you can specify a target value against which the results of the target are measured. In addition, you can specify a stretch target.
Navigate to Home Feed and click on "Set team targets" under "Create or Edit or Set".
Click on the drop-down and choose a team for which you want to set target. The default selection for team is Admin
Click on the drop-down and choose a team member for whom you want to set target.
Note : Admin is not part of any team.
Click on "Click here" to set a target for "Number of prospects".
Enter the value for each month.
You can either enter different target value or you can check box "Same target for all months ". In this case, target value entered for one month will be same for rest of the months.
Click on "Save".
Your target for the number of prospects is saved successfully.
The same way you can set targets for:
a) Number of emails sent (Drip Campaign)
Set target value for the number of emails sent in drip campaign on monthly basis.
b) Number of calls made (New)
Set target value for number new calls to be made on monthly basis.
c) Number of calls made (Existing)
Set target value for the number of existing (Follow-up) calls to be made on monthly basis.
d) Average duration of calls
Set target value for the average duration of calls to be made in a month.
e) Number of new deal added
Set target value for the number of deals that has to be added in a month.
f) Amount ($) of new deal added
Set revenue target that has to be added to a new deal in a month.
g) Number of deal closed
Set target value for the number of deals that has to be closed per month.
h) Amount ($) of deal closed
Set target revenue that has to be achieved per month.
It is not necessary to set the target for each field.
But we will always advise you to do so so that you can monitor your team members performance in a much better way.
