We created a centralized List of documents included within our Alore CRM. The list of documents is a repository of information, allowing users to store files of that can be accessed by anyone who has access, making it easier than ever to share knowledge across users and departments. Once in the database, users simply search for what they’re looking for and utilize the information as necessary.

Uploading Documents

Step 1

Click on "A Document" in the section "Add".

Step 2

"Upload a document" screen will show up.

Select the mode of the platform through which want to upload your documents.

a) Uploading from your computer

    i) Click on "Upload".

    ii) Select the document you want to upload and click "Open".

    iii) Your document will be uploaded successfully.

You can click on "Upload another document" if you want to upload more documents from same or different platforms or you can click on "Ok".

Click on "Upload another document".

b) Uploading from Google Drive

You can anytime synch your google account with Alore and can directly upload your documents from drive easily.

    i) Click on "Upload".

    ii) Select your google account from where you want to upload your document.

Click "Allow" so that Alore can access your drive documents.

    iii) List of all documents in your drive will show up.

You can also search individual document name through search bar.

Select the document you want to upload.

    iv) Your document is uploaded successfully.

Click on "Upload another document" to upload more from different platforms.

c) Upload from Box

    i) Click on "Upload". 

    ii) Login to your Box account and grant permission so that Alore can view       documents in Box.

  

    iv) Your document is uploaded successfully.

Click on "Upload another document" to upload more documents from Dropbox.

d) Uploading from Dropbox

    i) Click on "Upload".

    ii) Login to your Dropbox account and click on "Allow" so that Alore can view documents on dropbox.

  

    iv) Your document is uploaded successfully. 

Click on "Ok".

View uploaded documents

Step 1

Click on "All Documents" in the section "View".

A screen with list of documents will show up. You can see all your documents uploaded along with the date of upload, the number of times it has been opened, the document created by, etc.
