Teams can be set up any way you wish, as long as they are within the same business unit of CRM. Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Service, Management and sub-segments of all these groups and much more.

Step 1

Click on "teams" under the section "Create or Edit or Set".

Step 2

Click on "Create Team".

Step 3

Enter the name of the team you want to set up.

Click on "Save".

Your team is successfully created.
