Integrating your other mail service providers to Alore CRM is an easy task. Now you can link your email accounts and get notification related to every other mail that is being sent or replied by your prospects. 

Alore helps you to integrate with most of the mail service providers. 

Before integrating your mail, we recommend you to first generate a password if your 2 step verification is enabled as security purpose.

ZOHO Mail

Note: We recommend you to first enable your IMAP Access. If it is already enabled skip this section.

Enable IMAP Access

Step 1

Log in to your Zoho Mail account.

Step 2

Go to "Settings", and choose "POP/ IMAP and Email Forwarding".

Step 3

Under IMAP Access, select Enable.

Step 4

Configure Auto-Expunge and Folder View Settings.

ZOHO Mail IMAP Server details

You can configure your Zoho Mail account on any standard IMAP client with the configuration details given below.

Incoming Server Settings (Personal users with an email address, username@zoho.com):

Incoming Server Name: imap.zoho.com

Port: 993 / 995

Require SSL: Yes 

Username: username@zoho.com

 

Incoming Server Settings (Organization users with domain based email address,you@yourdomain.com):

Incoming Server Name: imappro.zoho.com

Port: 993 / 995

Require SSL: Yes 

Username: you@yourdomain.com

 

Outgoing Server Settings:

Outgoing Server Name: smtp.zoho.com

Port: 465 with SSL or

Port: 587 with TLS

Require Authentication: Yes

 
Note:

User Name:  Enter your Zoho user name or your complete Zoho Mail address. If your domain is hosted with Zoho, then your email address will be in the format you@yourdomain.com.

Email Address: Enter Your Zoho Mail address. If your domain is hosted with Zoho, then your email address will be in the format you@yourdomain.com.

Password: Enter your Zoho account password.  (You might require an Application-specific Password if Two-factor Authentication is enabled).

 

Application-specific Password if Two-factor Authentication is enabled

The users need to generate and use application specific password when accessing the email account via POP/ IMAP or Active Sync if Two Factor Authentication is enabled for the account.

Generating Application specific password

Step 1

Login to http://www.zoho.com/mail as a user.

Step 2

Click My Account link at the top to view Zoho Accounts

Step 3

Select "Two Factor Authentication".

Step 4

Select "Manage Application specific passwords". 

Step 5

Provide the device name and your current web login password in the page. The device name is just a reference name, for you to verify/ revoke in future.

Select 'Generate' to view the application specific password. 

Step 6

The device specific password will be displayed only once and will not be displayed again.

You need to use the password without any spaces in the device.

 

Using generated password in integration

Step 1

Click on "Setup Wizard".

Step 2

Hover mouse over "Mail Integration" and click on "Edit".

Step 3

Click on "Others".

Step 4

Enter your user name and email id.

In the password field, paste the generated password from above section "Generating app password".

Step 5

Enter email configurations mention in above section ZOHO mail IMAP server details.

Step 6

Select IMAP settings as IMAP.

Enter email configuration for IMAP setting from section ZOHO mail IMAP server details.

Step 7

Click "Save".

Your ZOHO mail will be successfully integrated with Alore.
