You can set up a signature for your Alore CRM user profile which will be used for your one-to-one emails with contacts in the CRM.

Step 1

Click on "Account Settings" and click "Profile".

Step 2

You'll find a section "Your Signature". 

Click on "Here" to add you signature.

Step 3

Add your signature. Your name, position in the organization, phone number, etc.

Step 4

Click on "Save" once done.

Your signature will be saved successfully.

Note: You don't have to add your signature every time you write a one-to-one mail or drafting a campaign. Alore will automatically pick your saved signature from your profile.
