With Alore CRM there is no need to run from one to another application just to verify your email addresses. You can now ensure you are sending emails to the right addresses straight from our platform.

 

Verify company domain

Step 1

Click "a prospect" under the section "Add".

Step 2

Enter First Name, Last Name (optional) and Company Domain. Below, we have entered incorrect company domain "dtale.in" instead of "dtale.io".

Step 3

Click on "Let's Search" so that we can verify the company domain and based on that can find the email id of the person.

Step 4

Since the company domain was incorrect, Alore gives you the following message asking you to

  • Re-check spelling of the data entered, 
  • Cross check with the name of the person if any alternate name is used.
  • Check with the company website which might be using a different domain.

Step 5

Click on "I will try again" and re-enter the details. This time we enter the correct company domain.

Click on "Let's Search".

Step 6

This time the company domain was valid so we were able to find the email id of the person and it was successfully added to our prospect list.

 

Verify email address

Step 1

Repeat Step 1 from above section "Verify company domain"

Step 2

Enter First Name, Last Name (Optional) and Email address of the person. Below, we have entered incorrect email id of the person. 

Step 3

Click on "Let's Search" so that we can verify the email id and based on that can add the person to our prospect list.

Step 4

Since the email address that we have entered is incorrect, Alore shows the following message asking you to check with the email address again.

Step 5

Click on "I will try again" and re-enter the details. This time we will enter the correct email address of the person. 

Click on "Let's Search".

Step 6

This time entered email correct was correct, so we were able to validate the same and it was saved successfully to your prospect list.

We validate all email addresses that you add to preserve your domain’s authority and brand reputation by not getting penalized for bounced emails.
